From what I have seen, you pretty much need to follow Dutch's advice and rush to the main locations in each region, and do the missions for the people there, before doing anything else. So i suffered through the long ass Intro and the anoiyng chase Sequence and saved the Game when i woke up in Dutch Bunker and after his Cutscene. I started the Game 1 Hour later again to finaly play it and not watch it. But now i spawend outside of Dutch Bunker Door, which is closed without any way to open it. You can’t.
